Brandon did a great job. He diagnosed the problem and repaired it fine. He did a nice neat job. In the future I would be glad to have him do any repairs that furnace or ac would require.

I called about my ac not shutting off. Rumor Loudin said they weren’t sure if they could make it today to fix the problem. I spoke to one of the techs to see if there was something I could do. He walked me through a few things and came to a conclusion that my thermostat was bad. He managed to squeeze me in for a service call which I thought was above and beyond. He came and fixed my my problem within minutes. I can’t tell how grateful I am right now. The heat this week has been unbearable and they came to my rescue.. I can’t say enough good things about Rumor Loudin.. they also installed my new furnace and ac unit a few years ago.
