Tom explained everything to my husband and recommended attaching it to the wall and we took his advice and like it better. Bob and Adam worked non stop and completed the job earlier than expected and cleaned everything up. All in all we couldn’t have had a better experience with the installation.

Tom Friend has serviced my furnace/ac at my residence I moved from for many years! After moving I wanted to continue to have Rumer Loudin service my equipment. It’s a matter of trust that’s hard to come by these days. Tom was and always has been super to work with. Bob and Adam were very professional and got the job done rather quickly.!
