There was a difference in the estimator and installers installation of thermostat controls/very confusing to be installed two different ways. There was not much conversation about labor warranty. Over all we were very pleased with the guys that come out. Performed a great job and were very professional and very nice to me family. We would recommend your company to anyone. Very quick and clean. Very knowledgeable when we called office and the installer performed great. Very good estimator. Great job/very pleased. Thanks.

Outstanding from start to finish! We have depended on Rumer Loudin for service over many years and it has always proven exceptional. Tom talked with us and explained our options and his recommendations. It was clearly because of our faith in Tom to do right by his customers that we chose to have Rumer Loudin install our ac/furnace system. The dependable service that we have received over the years from R-L was another key factor. Anytime our furnace went down, RL was there ASAP to take care of it and that has been greatly appreciated. The installers were fabulous! Courteous, considerate, careful and totally professional. they knew what they were doing and got the nature and size of the job, we anticipated a mess that would have to be cleaned up. Not at all!
