Very friendly all around! I had to reschedule not once but twice because of Covid. The receptionist was more than understanding. Once Lance arrived at my home, he was here for 5 minutes and already fixed my furnace. He was very knowledgeable despite my home having a furnace that is more than likely 20+ years old. This is not the first time I’ve had to use them, and each time they are amazing. I was reluctant to call them today since it’s Presidents Day and I wasn’t sure they were open, but they were and they got someone to my house VERY quickly.
