Brandon was very professional and polite. He did a walk through, looked at what I had to work with already, asked me what side of the house I would want the unit on, and he even acknowledged and said hello to my pets!

Our A/C quit working in the middle of the night. I called the following morning as soon as the St. Clairsville Rumer Loudin office opened and ask if someone could look at the A/C unit. The very friendly staff (Jessica) was able to send out a Technician right away because they just had a cancellation (lucky for me). The Technician (Jimmy) quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced the part needed. From the time I called to the time my A/C was making cold air again was probably 45 minutes. First class, reliable and trustworthy company!
