- Maintenance Agreement
- Here is a copy of the agreement. Currently the price is $240, which provides two check-ups a year, one for the cooling and one for the heating season. This is a savings of $20 if you call in for two check-ups separately. Also, if there happens to be a break down in between checks, there is a 10% discount, plus maintenance agreement customers receive priority service over non maintenance customers. Filters, nozzles, and oil filters are extra.
