I called about my ac not shutting off. Rumor Loudin said they weren’t sure if they could make it today to fix the problem. I spoke to one of the techs to see if there was something I could do. He walked me through a few things and came to a conclusion that my thermostat was bad. He managed to squeeze me in for a service call which I thought was above and beyond. He came and fixed my my problem within minutes. I can’t tell how grateful I am right now. The heat this week has been unbearable and they came to my rescue.. I can’t say enough good things about Rumor Loudin.. they also installed my new furnace and ac unit a few years ago. Their attention to detail and their professional attitude made up my mind to have them do my installation…kudos to all you folks there in the field and in the offices…thank you so much..Sincerely James R.
