Technician was very attentive and thorough. Also took the time to personally go pick up a necessary part so that the furnace was operational within the same service call without having to wait for the part to come in if it would’ve been ordered. With the repair it appears to be operating as it should. Will definitely do business with again in the near future and highly recommend Rumer Loudin Inc.
